We invite you to join us at the Liverpool Water Sports Centre. We will meet at the green astro turf ramp  at 09:30hrs  for a quick intro and safety brief before getting changed and jumping in for a group swim.  We will swim for about 30 mins - 1 hour before going for a coffee.
